2)  Physical (Skill) Examination is based on demonstrative knowledge of  the required stationary and motional forms are evaluated by subjective instructor rating with the scoring point in multiples of 0.25 up to a maximum score of 3.00 for each category.  A curve will be drawn to determine the value of each score, categorizing them into letter grades.   

3)  Quality of participation in each class will be recorded every class and computed at the end of the semester.  A fifty minute class shall be divided into four segments: 1) ceremonial performance, 2) review performance from previous classes, 3) introduction of new material and 4) demonstrative performance for practical application.  One-quarter point shall be credited for each class segment for participation.  A curve will be drawn to determine the value of each score by computing the sum of all participants throughout the semester.  The mean score shall be categorized as a C and the rest are determined, relatively.

 Absences cannot be made up in other classes.

 4) Final grade will be computed as follows.  The three areas for grading will be evaluated independently into one letter grade for each area.  The sum of the three grades using its point equivalent point listed below will be divided into three.  The final grade point translated into one letter grade.  All participants must complete all three areas to be credited a passing grade.

             A = 4.0   A- = 3.7   B+ = 3.3   B = 3.0   B- = 2.7   C+ = 2.3 

            C = 2.0   C- = 1.7   D+ = 1.3   D = 1.0   D- = 0.7   F  =  0

 7.  Opening and Closing class

 At ten minutes past the hour, an opening ceremony for the class will be conducted following by roll call.  At five minutes before the hour a closing ceremony will be conducted and you will be dismissed.  If you are too late for the roll call, please report to the instructor immediately after the class.  Otherwise your participation may not be recorded or credited.  If you come in too late or leave class too soon, you may receive only half the credit for participation in the day's class.
